Our impact

Trust is measured in what lasts.

We are building an evidence-led impact practice that follows each project beyond launch—because an open facility is only meaningful when children can use it safely and consistently.

No invented numbers. Programme reach and outcomes will appear here only after they are verified with delivery partners.

Our measurement framework

Four questions behind every result.

We measure whether access is real, safety is protected, capability remains and learning changes future decisions.

01

Access

Who can take part?

We look at reach, affordability, inclusion and regular participation—not only the number of facilities or kits delivered.

02

Safety

Is the experience protected?

We expect clear safeguarding, trained adults, risk planning, maintained equipment and a route for concerns to be heard.

03

Capability

What remains locally?

We track the skills, systems and partnerships left with the community: trained coaches, confident educators, maintenance plans and repeatable learning programmes.

04

Learning

What will we change next time?

Partners and participants help us understand what worked, what did not and where resources can have greater value. Verified project results will be published as programmes mature.

Transparency

Claims should be traceable. Funding should be understandable.

As funded programmes begin, this page is designed to hold verified project updates, delivery milestones and outcome reports—without overstating early-stage work.
