Why we began
A son's memory. A lasting commitment to children.
After Gil's sudden death in a swimming pool, his mother, Elham, and Michael founded Gilly&Rob to help children grow with greater safety and opportunity. Elham is a successful businesswoman from a prominent family with a longstanding tradition of charitable giving. Michael brought his experience as a senior executive in major oil and gas companies. Together, they have provided substantial financial support for children and educational centres across Europe and Africa.
